Rebond foam, or glued foam, is a material that is produced by gluing crushed pieces of classic foam. Its suitability depends on its density and hardness and is widely used in the production of upholstered furniture and mattresses, sports mats, or as sound insulation. The density of the foam is usually chosen according to the specific needs and purpose of use.

RE80 density is ideal for the production of mattresses and furniture seating. It is a denser and firmer foam that provides better support and resists sagging with long-term use.
RE120 density is suitable for mattress cores and stronger parts of sofa sets that are regularly and heavily loaded.
Density RE150 and higher is an ideal solution for sound insulation, for good sound absorption. The higher the density, the higher the ability to absorb sound.
