Melli - rebond foam producer

​We are specialist in the production of rebond foam, which we produce from foam offcuts, thereby contributing to the recycling of waste. After adding two-component binders, the foam granulate is pressed into blocks with a basic length of 205 cm and a width of 90 to 130 cm. According to your requirements, we can adapt the production process and produce rebond foam in weights from 70 kg/m3 to 200 kg/m3.

 

According to your request, we can cut the rebond foam to exact dimensions, from a cutting height of 0.05 cm in steps of 0.01 to 10 cm.

You can use rebond foam in the production of mattresses, upholstered furniture, sports mats and as a sound isolations material.
